Fee: Adults £2

Juniors £1 (Under 18 on September 1 2007)

Closing Date: Monday October 15th, 2007

i. Section 1 Grades of 135 or higher

ii. Section 2a Grades 110 – 134

iii. Section 2b Grades 85 – 109 for the The David Woodhead trophy

iv. Section 3 Grades of 84 and below.

All sections are “open” so that players below the grading band could elect to play in a higher section, but only allowed to play in one section.

Venue: Huddersfield Chess Club (Lindley Liberal Club)

7.30 pm start, all Sections.

Prizes:

1. The winner of each section will hold the Individual K.O. Trophy for one year.

2. Awards will be made to the 2 finalists in each section.

Round 1 Wednesday 7th November 2007

Round 2 Wednesday 12th December 2007

Finals Wednesday 20th February 2008

Rules: All games to be played in accordance with Association Rules.
